Job Purpose

ZDHC is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the ZDHC Roadmap to Zero Implementation Team as an Implementation Senior Associate. The successful candidate will contribute to the global roll-out, implementation and evolution of key projects and programmes with a focus across the value chain on the implementation of ZDHC guidelines and solutions, with the goal of supporting stakeholder success in creating positive impact in line with ZDHC’s mission and values.


Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages implementation projects across the globe in collaboration with our internal teams, as well as external public and private partners, e.g. implementation of the ZDHC MMCF Guidelines or the roll-out of the ZDHC Supplier to Zero Programme.

  • Provides regular status updates and progress reports for management, project partners and stakeholders, also presenting them in respective update calls.

  • Maintains relations with ZDHC Signatories on the implementation of their ZDHC related strategies and gathers feedback for the continuous improvement of the ZDHC Roadmap to Zero Programme-related services and solutions.

  • Identify potential for supporting our stakeholders in successfully implementing the ZDHC Roadmap to Zero Programme, by e.g. supporting the development of new programmes or the expansion of the ZDHC Approved Solution Provider network.

  • Take the lead on projects, campaigns and support events that support the ZDHC Roadmap to Zero community.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sustainability or communications or a related field

  • First professional experience in stakeholder management or business development

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience with data management and analysis

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience to work as part of a hybrid team is a plus

  • Experience with sustainability and environmental issues a plus

  • Experience in the fashion industry or footwear industry is a plus

  • Passion for the mission and values of the ZDHC Foundation!

  • Strong English skills and knowledge of cultural differences
